Welcome to Fuller Middle School's after school Drama Program! My name is George Kalivas, and I'm the new Drama teacher and Stage Director for Fuller Middle School.  I'm happy to announce that the Spring 2018 festival play will be The Phantom Tollbooth!

Rehearsal: Tuesday - Thursday 2:45 - 5:00pm. Feb. 6th - April 28th.

TECH WEEK
I wish you all a happy and enjoyable April vacation! Below you will find a list of what tech week will look like for us. Tuesday at Lynnfield is going to be an hour longer than originally thought, ending at 7pm instead of the original 6pm. Please fill out the medical form and provide the pizza money by Tuesday the 24th. Here are the METG festival "day of" info.

Monday: At Fuller from 2:45 - 6pm
Tuesday: At Lynnfield Middle School. Leaving Fuller by bus between 3:30-3:45. Returning by bus by 7pm.
Wednesday:Fuller from 2:45 - 6pm

Thursday: Fuller from 2:45 - 6pm

Friday: Taking a bus after school to Walsh (one-way, students must be picked up from Walsh school). Rehearsal and dinner until 6pm. Shows are from 6:30 - 9pm. Tickets purchased at the door.
Saturday: Leave on a bus from Fuller to Lynnfield Between 7am-7:15am. Scheduled show time is 4:15pm. Return to Fuller at approximately 8pm. Attached are METG rules and itinerary for Saturday the 28th, please read.

The METG MS Festival T-Shirt 2018!

This Crew Call form is for anyone interested in joining crew for the Festival Play. We meet on Wednesday's and the first required meeting due to the snow is Thursday March 15th, 2:45- 5pm in the auditorium.

Performance: April 27th and 28th. The 27th performance is hosted at Walsh Middle School this year. The 28th is the festive date and will be hosted at Lynnfield Middle School yet to be determined. This is an all-day event.

ONE DAY TRIP

Preliminary Proposal Includes:

  • Round trip transportation via deluxe charter motorcoach from school
  • Bus driver's gratuity
  • Broadway Classroom workshop
  • Broadway matinee theatre performance of “Once on This Island” based on orchestra seats
  • Printed itineraries
  • Students will have lunch at Playwrights Tavern.  Lunch is included in the price. We will make a rest area stop to and from NY where students may by breakfast and dinner on their own.

RATE PER PARTICIPANT: $228.00

Note:   Pricing based on Saturday matinee pricing through March 2018 and subject to adjustment when April 2018 theatre ticket pricing is released.

 

1st Payment of $125 is due Oct. 20th and the final payment of $103 will be due on February 8th.  A link to the payment form is here. There are spaces for 28 students per school.

THIS IS A NON-REFUNDABLE PURCHASE.

Notes:

  • All rates based on tariffs in effect August 17, 2017 and could vary by departure.  Increases will be passed along on a dollar for dollar basis.
  • Rate based on a minimum of 35 paying participants per coach. Should number of paying participants fall below this level, transportation surcharge will apply.
  • Rate based on current motorcoach pricing and subject to fuel surcharges if/as imposed by transportation carriers.
